SR6 Series Spectrometers The highly sensitive SR6 spectrometers provide excellent signal-to-noise ratio and UV sensitivity for applications such as UV absorption, fluorescence and plasma monitoring.
High sensitivity spectrometer
QE Pro Series Spectrometer Features high sensitivity and low stray light. The spectrometers are ideal for a wide range of low-light applications such as fluorescence, DNA sequencing and Raman analysis.
Ocean HDX spectrometer The HDX features a back-illuminated CCD, high-definition optics, X-Platform electronics, and powerful built-in data storage and processing.
High-speed spectrometers
Ocean FX Series Spectrometers The Ocean FX has a data acquisition rate of up to 4500 scans per second and has a built-in buffer that stores up to 50,000 spectra. It is a great option for high-speed process applications and measuring light flicker.
Microspectrometers
Ocean ST Spectrometer An ultra-compact, high-power spectrometer that provides excellent UV response (~185-650 nm), high-speed spectra acquisition and high signal-to-noise ratio.
The Ocean ST provides complete spectral analysis with performance comparable to larger, more expensive spectrometers. The ST series microspectrometer is ideal for routine laboratory use as well as for integration into other instruments and installations where space is limited. Applications range from DNA absorbance analysis to laser characterization.
High resolution spectrometers
HR2, HR4 Series Spectrometers The HR2, HR4 spectrometers provide reliable operation with high acquisition rates and excellent thermal stability. They are used for applications such as plasma monitoring and pharmaceutical analysis.
HR6 series spectrometers The HR6 is a highly sensitive spectrometer with high resolution and excellent signal-to-noise ratio. It is used for applications such as protein absorption and broadband source analysis.
Raman spectrometers
QE Pro Roman Series Spectrometers The QE Pro-Raman series of instruments includes preconfigured Raman spectrometers for 532 nm, 638 nm or 785 nm wavelengths. The QE Pro-Raman spectrometers are equipped with gold-coated mirrors and a back-illuminated FFT-CCD detector for low noise, even with long integration times.
Ocean HDX Raman spectrometer A compact, high-performance spectrometer for Raman applications at 785 nm. This small-sized instrument provides Raman characterization data from 150 cm-1 to 3400 cm-1.
Xenon light sources Provide very high intensity UV light and are suitable for measuring absorbance, fluorescence or reflectance. Pulsed xenon sources have a shorter duty cycle, making them ideal for measurements where high intensity UV radiation can damage the sample.
Deuterium-tungsten halogen radiation source A source that covers a wide spectral range by combining halogen sources. Applications range from the measurement of organic substances and small molecules to the absorption of plastics and polymers in the near infrared range
LEDs
LSM LEDs The LSM Series LED sources are ideal for fluorescence and other measurements requiring narrowband illumination. The innovative optical design of the LSM Series LEDs provides a highly efficient coupling to optical fiber for high power output.
LED controller LSM LEDs operate through a single-channel driver and LDC-1 controller. The integrated electronics provide stable high current operation in continuous, pulsed and modulated modes. The LDC-1 allows the LED to be controlled from an external source, such as a function generator or trigger signal, from a spectrometer or other electronic device.
Raman lasers
Ocean Insight High-power lasers with wavelengths of 532 nm, 638 nm, 785 nm and 1064 nm. These multimode diode lasers generate narrow spectral lines and have integrated laser drivers and thermoelectric cooling for optimal performance.
The 785 nm Raman lasers produce excellent quality Raman spectra for most chemicals with negligible interference from fluorescence.
Replacement lamps
Ocean Insight Deuterium Halogen Lamps Replacement lamps and accessories are available for Ocean Insight light sources. For DH-2000 series deuterium-tungsten-halogen sources:
Ocean Applied's SpeedSorter™ is a high performance industrial sensor system designed for in-line sorting of non-ferrous scrap metals in challenging environments. Based on LIBS, the SpeedSorter quickly determines the chemical composition of each element and transmits the result to the sorting system. The SpeedSorter easily separates forged aluminum from cast aluminum, aluminum from magnesium and separates alloys into grades such as 5xxx and 6xxx where technologies such as XRF and XRT do not work as well.
LIBS OA-100S Analyzer
Used in a wide range of applications including scrap sorting, product inspection, material identification and other elemental analysis with LIBS.
The OA -100S can sort, classify and inspect lightweight elements that X-ray analyzers cannot. Robust and accurate alloy analysis makes the OA-100S ideal for metal sorting and material identification.
Patch Cords Fibers with silica core and silica jacket optimized for the wavelength ranges 300-1100 nm or 400-2100 nm. For UV radiation, solar radiation resistant fibers are available.
Bifurcated fiber optic cable Bifurcated fibers are well suited for transmitting the same amount of light from one source to two different objects, or from one sample to two spectrometers tuned to different wavelength ranges.
Optical splitter Splitters can split or combine radiation using a Y-shaped configuration and are easily connected to spectrometers and accessories.
Splitters combine radiation from two different points and transmit it over a single fiber to the spectrometer or sample. This is useful for combining the output from two different sources or for combining radiation from two different sample collection points before feeding into the spectrometer.
Fiber optic probes
The reflectance/backscatter probe is a compact and versatile instrument for measuring diffuse and specular reflectance, backscatter or fluorescence of various samples such as solids, solutions and powders. Reflection and backscatter measurements provide quantitative information on the color, appearance and chemical composition of a sample.
