Platforms and drives

Engines
Aerotech motors are characterized by high speed and precision. The product range includes linear and rotary motors that provide high speed and performance in industrial automation applications. Direct-drive brushless linear motors eliminate backlash, wear and tear and maintenance.
SM Series stepper motors are designed with optional direct-drive encoder feedback and a holding brake. These standard options allow the SM Series to adapt to many applications.
BMS Series brushless slotless servo motors feature high performance rotary motors and are available in standard NEMA frame sizes. These motors utilize a slotless stator design for superior smoothness and speed control.
Portal systems
All Aerotech gantry systems are based on industry-leading brushless linear servo motors and provide the highest performance for applications such as precision assembly, micromachining, optical inspection, flat panel machining, and laser material processing. The systems utilize a single motion controller that makes it easy to synchronize all axes of motion and execute processes faster and with the highest possible accuracy.

Laser heads
