The industry's most powerful sealed CO2 laser with cylindrical waveguide and RF excitation. The AL50 is an uncompromising solution for the most demanding applications, from non-stop 24/7 production to advanced research and development.
The AL50 offers an average power of 10 W and a high peak power of up to 900 W to generate high-intensity pulses. Provides power stability of ± 2 % and generates high energy pulses up to 250 µJ and short duration up to 250 ns.
Provides good beam quality, a divergence angle of 4 mrad and a high polarization ratio. These characteristics make it suitable for a variety of applications including medical, research and industrial processes where precise focusing, stability and polarization control of laser radiation are required.
Laser AL30
High processing speed and high resolution are key features of the AL30 laser. Thanks to a specially designed resonator, an M2 of less than 1.1 and TEM00 mode are guaranteed at the output. The ability to focus this near perfect beam allows the user to obtain the smallest spot size, thereby maximizing the power density in the final application.
The laser has an average continuous output power of 15 W, but can also operate in pulse generation mode with a customizable repetition rate from 0 to 100 kHz. It provides power stability of ± 2 % and can achieve high peak power up to 15 W.
These features make it suitable for a variety of applications including scientific research, material processing, and medical diagnostics where powerful and stable laser radiation is required.
Laser AL20
The AL20 has been designed to integrate into an industrial production environment. In doing so, it still delivers uncompromising performance and reliability. With these features, the AL20 delivers outstanding results when utilizing ALC technologies.
The AL20 laser has a moderate continuous emission power of 8 W and can operate in pulse generation mode with a customizable repetition rate from 0 to 100 kHz. It provides power stability of ± 5%, a rise and fall time of 200 µs, and can achieve a peak power of 8 W.
These characteristics make it suitable for a variety of applications, including scientific research, material processing and medical diagnostics, where medium power and some flexibility in laser mode are required.
Laser L15
The L15 laser is ideal for high-volume, design-integrated applications. The cost-effective design provides a competitive price and the best performance among similar RF-excited sealed CO2 lasers.
This laser is designed for operation in the IR region of the spectrum with a wavelength of 10.6 µm. It has high power in continuous emission mode. At 15 W and power stability of ± 15 %, it provides reliable laser operation. The pulse repetition frequency of the laser can be adjusted from 0 to 100 kHz. This allows controlling the pulse generation rate and adapting the laser to the requirements of a specific application.
The peak power of the laser is 15 W, with the option to adjust the SP up to 40 W. This allows the laser to generate high peak powers for certain applications where intense laser radiation is required.
The versatile L5 laser system was originally designed for industrial environments with demanding PCB marking and coding requirements. However, this affordable system can be adapted for other high-performance applications by simply switching from fan to water cooling.
This laser is a compact and efficient device with a wavelength of about 10.6 µm. The power in continuous emission mode is up to 6 W, and the laser pulse repetition rate can be adjusted from 0 to 100 kHz. This allows controlling the pulse generation rate and adapting the laser to different tasks.
The rise and fall time of the laser is no more than 200 µs, with the possibility of setting the SP at 100 µs. The laser quickly reaches maximum power when switched on and quickly reduces power when switched off.
Laser L4
The L4 design is ideal for power-sensitive studies in the mid- to long-wave infrared spectral range. The innovative design provides compatibility with the full range of Access Laser technologies.
This laser is a low-power device with a wavelength range of 9.2 to 10.6 µm. It has an operating power of 0.2 W, making it suitable for applications requiring low laser power. The pulse repetition rate of the laser can be adjusted from 0 to 100 kHz. This allows the pulse generation rate to be controlled and the laser to be adapted to different applications.
The peak power of this laser is 0.2 W. Although this is a low power, it can be useful for applications where precise and low power laser emission is required.
Laser L3
The world's most compact CO2 laser with portable L3 radiation source can be battery operated for use in the field. The innovative design allows the use of air cooling in laboratory applications where power stability is critical, water cooling.
This laser is a low-power device with a wavelength of about 10.6 µm. It has an operating mode power as low as 0.4 W, making it suitable for applications requiring low laser power.
The power stability of ± 1% ensures high accuracy and reliability of the laser. This allows a stable power level to be maintained throughout operation, which is especially important for processes requiring high precision and repeatability. The laser has a rise and fall time of 250 µs.
