Beam profilers
Beam profilers measure the entire optical intensity spectrum of laser beams. They not only determine the diameter and position of the beam, but also its full spatial shape. Femto Easy offers the most comprehensive range of laser beam profilers to meet every challenge and requirement.

Compact autocorrelator µ-ROC
Femto Easy's ROC series autocorrelators are characterized by their compact design as a one-piece narrow unit. ROC instruments allow to measure autocorrelation functions in single-pulse mode without the need for pre-calibration and time-consuming setup. The entire measurement process takes less than 2 minutes.
The MS-ROC series are fast scanning autocorrelators designed for multi-pulse operation with energies on the order of sub-nanojoules. Major applications of scanning autocorrelators include pulse width registration of optical parametric oscillators and amplifiers and precision tuning of femtosecond systems.

Frequency-resonance optical scanning allows to fully recover the intensity and phase of ultrashort pulses of complex shape. Obtaining full time-dependent electric field and phase-shifted optical spectrum. FROG allows you to learn not only the duration of laser pulses, but also how to work with the spectral phase to achieve the shortest possible pulse duration.
The key features of Fast FROG are the use of the MISS mini spectrometer and wavefront splitting techniques. This makes Fast FROG modules easy to use and versatile measurement instruments for ultrafast lasers and optical oscillators.
MS-FROG is a series of optical delay line based FROG scanning pulse duration meters designed for high precision pulse duration measurements in multi-pulse pulse generation mode.
Frequency conversion
An ultra-compact platform including a laser and a transducer converts femtosecond low-energy IR laser pulses into 2nd and 4th harmonics.
The laser mode of operation can be switched between long and short pulses, resulting in two different output powers at 532 nm wavelength. Nano4th frequency conversion modules can be used with any laser with wavelengths of 1030 - 1064, energy nJ and megahertz repetition rate.
Spectroscopy
MISS (Mini Imaging Spatial Spectrometer) provides access to the spatially resolved (2D) spectrum of laser beams. Due to its compactness, MISS allows vertical and horizontal measurements of the spatial spectrum at any point along the beam path. It can be easily integrated into various stages of amplifying laser systems. It can be used either in free-scan mode to take advantage of spatial resolution, or with a convenient fiber optic input, as a conventional spectrometer.
MISS is a series of imaging spectrometers with integrated detector. The MISS series combines a wavelength meter, beam profile analyzer and spectroanalyzer.
